Lorne McConachie AIA
Lorne McConachie AIA has been a registered architect since 1984 and a principal of Bassetti Architects for 15 years. His tailored approach to each project produces unique, cost-effective solutions that balance both program and design goals. He is highly dedicated to designing the most functional and inspiring facilities that meet the needs and expectations of each client. In addition to his project experience, Lorne has provided national and international leadership in the design of secondary schools. Lorne has worked extensively with educators in developing design strategies for schools that support a broad array of teaching and learning pathways.

Marilyn Brockman AIA
Marilyn Brockman is highly experienced and well regarded in all phases of architectural practice. Her career is focused on working with public and non-profit clients to produce enduring and functional buildings. Her work has been published in Architectural Record, Journal of Interfaith Forum, Art and Architecture, Design Times and many Seattle-based newspapers. Active in the Seattle community, Marilyn received a 2007 Puget Sound Business Journal “Women of Influence” Award.

Gregory Hepp AIA, LEED™ AP
Greg has extensive experience in the design and management of educational facilities, including Woodway High School, Bainbridge Island High School Master Plan, Mountain View High School, and Davis High School. In additional to his management credentials, Greg has an impressive background in sustainable architecture. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and has put his deep knowledge to work on such projects as Seattle City Hall (Gold LEED rating), Barn Beach Reserve (an environmental learning center) Cottage Lake Elementary School and Lynnwood High School which received special state funding for their many functional sustainable strategies.

Rick Huxley AIA
Rick Huxley is an experienced architect who has designed and managed educational, recreational, commercial and residential projects for both public and private clients. He has demonstrated effective and sensitive leadership in working with community groups to arrive at a common vision, and in translating that vision into award winning designs. He worked with the Frank's Landing community to design and build the Wa He Lut Indian School in just 11 months. The project was cited by the Seattle Chapter AIA for Design Excellence. He also worked with the Squaxin Island Native American community to design the Tu Ha'buts Cultural Center and the Squaxin Island Health Center as part of the master plan for development of their property at Shelton, Washington.

Nancy Staub Callery AIA, LEED AP
Nancy Callery has focused on sustainable design for educational and community facilities. Nancy provided leadership on the landmark West Seattle High School, the new Chief Sealth High/Denny Middle International Schools and the expansion of Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart. Nancy's commitment to Northwest Indian communities helped shape the Quileute Tribe's Akalat Center in La Push.

Eric Lanciault AIA
Eric Lanciault returns to Bassetti after practicing as sole proprietor of Office oA in southwest Washington. His award-winning Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Vancouver has been recognized for its sophisticated use of cast-in-place concrete. Other recent projects include Fire Station 10 in Vancouver and the Anatomical Sciences building at the University of Western States in Portland.
