Bassetti Promotions

Bassetti Architects is proud to announce the following promotions:


Dianna Montzka LEED AP BD+C has been promoted to the level of Associate. Since her start at Bassetti, Dianna has continually exhibited strong skills that surpass her years of experience. As an integral project team member, she brings outstanding communication, rigorous design skills, along with an effective management approach that provides results that consistently exceed client expectations. Dianna has also been an integral member of Bassetti’s internal Equity, Diversity and Inclusion workgroup and has participated in several student-focused engagement initiatives within the firm. Dianna is currently working on Benson Polytechnic High School for Portland Public Schools.

Josh Blue AIA has been promoted to the level of Associate. Josh is part of the next generation of leaders emerging at Bassetti in our core business of Pre-K-12 education projects. He is an adaptable and versatile architect with an eye for strong detailing and structural integration with architecture. Josh will continue his work with Issaquah School District on their new High School and Elementary School and has recently completed documents for a new restaurant in a historic structure. As an Associate, Josh will continue his strategic focus on K-12 projects.

Lyndon Julien-Sehl AIA has been promoted to the level of Associate. In his project work, Lyndon was instrumental in the development and implementation of a new project collaboration protocol that allowed seamless Owner, Contractor and A/E design team QA/QC and coordination to be tracked in one platform. Lyndon serves as a key member of Bassetti’s internal Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion workgroup and focuses on strategic design initiatives. Lyndon is currently working on the Benson Polytechnic High School Modernization for Portland Public Schools.

Michelle Yates AIA, LEED AP BD+C has been promoted to the level of Associate. Michelle is part of the next generation of leaders in the architectural field. She is an adaptable and resilient architect with rapidly growing technical knowledge. Her focus is K-12 projects. Recently, she worked on Highline High School construction and is now starting Lindbergh High School where she is taking on additional responsibilities as an integral part of the core team. Michelle is also part of the Bassetti Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion group and is a member of the AIA Women in Design Committee. As an Associate at Bassetti Architects, she will take on more project and firmwide leadership while working on her career goals and growth.
