Marketing Coordinator

Our dynamic, and creative marketing studio is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Portland office to round out our team. We are a fun and collaborative group consisting of two Graphic Designers, a Marketing Coordinator, and a Marketing Director – all of whom work from the Seattle office. Given that this position will be the sole marketer in the Portland office, we are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated, but appreciates being part of a team.

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience and a can-do attitude with the ability to graciously juggle multiple deadlines. Creativity with strong layout and graphic skills are necessary to enhance collateral messages and goals in addition to strong writing skills. Our team encourages exploration and growth; participates in studio outings to inspire creativity and create camaraderie; and supports each other with professional development.

Position Description:

  • Develop and execute winning RFQ and RFP responses, including thoughtful writing, editing, and visual communication
  • Create and edit content for online or printed communication pieces (proposals, website, social media, e-blasts, videos, brochures, etc.)
  • Champion social media efforts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Provide photography direction for completed projects and staff
  • Develop and edit content for award submittals
  • Assist with interview preparation, as needed (slide decks, boards, etc.)
  • Assist with project data and image organization (Cosential, Open Asset, etc.)


  • 3 years of professional experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to share ideas and ask questions
  • Strong visual communication skillset including layout and typography skills
  • A self-starting and results-oriented outlook
  • Have a “divide-and-conquer/all-hands-on-deck” mentality
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to take ownership of a project and see it through to completion
  • Possesses a friendly, collaborative demeanor and enjoys working with others in a creative environment toward shared goals
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent organization skills
  • An understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and processes desired
