Connie Zheng AIA, has been promoted to Senior Associate. She is a versatile architect with a strong eye for design and technical knowledge beyond her years. Connie adeptly navigates the intricacies of project management by communicating a well-defined trajectory leading to deadlines. She successfully prioritizes project documentation, while staying on top of technical and design aspects of her projects. Amidst these responsibilities, Connie excels at fostering a collaborative environment, ensuring each team member thrives in their respective assignments. Connie is currently working as Project Architect on the West Sound Technical Skills Center Design-Build project in Bremerton. As a Senior Associate, Connie will continue to lead team responsibilities and pursue her exemplary work serving our clients.

Charlie Bucheit AIA, has been promoted to Senior Associate. Charlie has more than 12 years of experience in architecture including 11 spent with Bassetti. In this time, Charlie has grown to become a seasoned architect, a trusted resource for his peers, and a valued mentor to many. Always reliable, courteous, and professional with a good sense of open communication, Charlie builds trust with his team members and clients alike. His recent repertoire of successful projects includes his role as Project Architect for the Fairview Middle School Design-Build project and BEX VI Concept Planning for Seattle Public Schools. Charlie demonstrates dedication to quality on every project he participates in, making him a wonderful leader at Bassetti.
