Located at the entry to campus, the Bothell Campus Corporation Yard site includes the historic Chase House, which belonged to the first doctor in Bothell and needed to be considered when situating the new 3,850 sf space. The warehouse is designed to be sensitive to its surroundings, screened from the Chase House, and refrain from visually distracting from the entryway. The program included a 1,700 sf warehouse space with loading dock, 600 sf shop area, a 250 sf wash bay, office space, storage room, and break room. Construction is a pre-fabricated metal structure.
